Relaxation hypnosis and deep relaxation can be used primarily in the regeneration phases but also, for example, during stretching exercises.

An analysis of the actual and the target state can be carried out to increase athletic abilities. Highlighting the strengths of the athletes  has a motivating effect with regard to further development. Learning the self-hypnosis technique enables athletes to use techniques they have learned to relax or improve performance without instruction.

Through the strength analysis , the strengths of the athletes and the team can be identified and systematically worked out. Conscious and unconscious values determine action, the various aspects can support but also hinder. Conflicts of values can be revealed and clarified.

If goals are made "vivid" and experienced with all the senses, this can motivate and help to set the focus correctly. Goals should be revised from time to time and replaced with new or more ambitious goals. The distinction between performance goals, experience goals, large long-term goals and small goals with small increases in performance provides clarity.

When optimizing motion sequences , these are split up, visualized and used to rewrite non-optimal sequences, possibly add new sequences and to gain more control over the process.

To determine the individual level of arousal for the optimal performance range, you will practice being able to access resources in a targeted manner. In order to achieve maximum performance, flow states can be anchored.

Different blockages, e.g. mental, stress-related or caused by defeat, can be resolved or alleviated using various techniques. This often leads to athletic performance becoming available again.  Problems should be dealt with in preparation for the mental competition. In crises of meaning, values and goals should first be clarified anew. Defeat should also be seen as an opportunity for further development. Fears of failure and negative beliefs can be resolved with helpful resources.

Working on perception helps to block out distractions. Here you practice keeping an overview and being able to switch between narrow, wide, inside and outside. This helps, for example, the  Not to lose sight of fellow players.

The team philosophy can be structured in the group. Value-based guidelines can be developed for the whole team in order to start the season with a new mission statement. The strengths of the team can be recognized and worked out here. A positive communication environment can be built up hypnotically, suggestions for self-motivation can be set, regeneration in the group can be supported and common goals can be visualized  will.
